My collection or item may have been removed from view on Rarible.
These are the following messages that'll appear if your NFT or collection has been removed:
- "This item has been removed from the public view"
- "This collection has been removed from the public view"
Recently, Rarible launched a spam filter and it subsequently banned our shared Polygon collection by triggers. If your collection or item is on the Polygon blockchain, it may have been mistakenly blocked because of this.
Solution
Follow these steps if your collection has been removed:
1. Fetch your collection's wallet address. For example, POLYGON-0x22d5f9b75c524fec1d6619787e582644cd4d7422
Note: You can find your collection's wallet address in the URL. Additionally, your collection's wallet address and your account's wallet address are different.
2. Create a support ticket using this link: https://help.rarible.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
3. Describe your issue and provide your collection's wallet address that you retrieved in step 1.
4. Our support team will help you with your issue as soon as possible.
Follow these steps if your item has been removed:
1. Fetch your item's token ID. For example, POLYGON-0x22d5f9b75c524fec1d6619787e582644cd4d7422:452
Note: You can find the token's ID in the URL.
2. Create a support ticket using this link: https://help.rarible.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
3. Describe your issue and provide your item's token ID that you retrieved in step 1.
