Client error. Message from client: Config chainId=137, but wallet chainId=1 (could be different chain IDs) | The chain ID connected to the transaction is different to the wallet ID attempting to perform the transaction. To fix this error, switch your wallet from Ethereum to Polygon and then try again. |
Error: JSON-RPC | This error can occur for various reasons. It's usually a major error and should be reported: here. |
Client error. Message from client: failed store/add invocation | This is a front-end error. It can appear both when minting the NFT and when making profile image changes. It should be reported: here. |
Client error. Message from client: {"status":400} | This is a front-end error (usually on the user's side). It can usually be fixed through troubleshooting solutions (please see below this table). |
Error: Execution reverted | This error typically appears when there's an issue with the token contract that prevents it from working properly. On Rarible, users encounter this problem when minting. We recommend increasing your funds in your wallet and increasing the gas limit on the transaction if it's not high enough (most wallet providers recommend up to 300,000 for NFTs). You can also try troubleshooting solutions (please see below this table). |
High gas fees when minting NFT in the contract | This error is often related to users who mint an NFT on Rarible in their own custom contracts. You can report your case: here. |
Error report: No order found for ownership; Error report: Your wallet is not an owner of this collection. Try to log in with correct wallet. | This error occurs when users try to claim ownership of their collection. It should be reported: here. |

Trouble Shooting to try Solve your Error:
- Update your browser or try a different browser
- Update your wallet's mobile APP (if using mobile)
- Ensure you're using your wallet provider's extension of browser on your PC (if using PC or Mac)
- Clear your cache and cookies (before interacting with Rarible again)
- Disconnect and then reconnect your wallet to Rarible (if there are issues loading data)
- Switch between the 'Mainnet' and any 'Test-Net' or 'Side-Chain'
- Adjust your VPN (if enabled)
- Enable third-party cookies (if disabled)
- Disable any ad blockers (they may prevent data transfer)
- Work from your PC or Mac as we do not fully support mobile devices at this time
- Adjust your advanced security settings (they may prevent your browser from running the necessary jobs required to use Rarible)
- Disable "Auto-Translate" as there is currently a bug involving that feature from various browsers
