Error [Code 1103] | You don't have enough funds in your wallet to fulfil the transaction. Ensure you have enough funds to cover transaction fees on the blockchain. |
Error [Code 1101]/[Code 1052] | This relates to an indexing or caching error. It can usually be solved by clearing cookies and cache or using troubleshooting solutions (please see below this table). |
Error: NFT_NOT_FOUND | This usually occurs if you're attempting to purchase an NFT that's already been purchased. Unfortunately, the NFT is no longer available. |
Error: Transaction Fail [Error Code: 220910] (transfer of old wax NFTs on creations.mattel.com) | You may be trying to transfer many NFTs at once. To avoid this error, Mattel recommends transferring a smaller amount of NFTs at a given time or to stake resources like CPU to do the transfer. |
Client error. Message from client: Canceled from wallet | You may not have completed all of the steps to approve the transaction. To solve this error, check the correct operation of pop-up notifications and sign all of the messages that appear in your wallet. |
Error occurred. A Client Error occurred while processing your request. Please try again. | This may be a major error. It may be related to an internal error of the marketplace. It should be reported: here. |
Login issues. User forgot/lost MFA or encountered login issues (on creations.mattel.com) | Please report your issue to Mattel customer support directly: here. |
Redeemables or tokens not displaying (on creations.mattel.com) | Please report your issue to Mattel customer support directly: here. |
Any error users have encountered on the creations.mattel.com website | Please report your issue to Mattel customer support directly: here. (our developers are only responsible for the virtual.mattel.com marketplace) |
Client error. Message from client: {"status":400} | This is a front-end error (usually on the user's side). It can usually be fixed through troubleshooting solutions (please see below this table). |
Error: JSON-RPC | This error can occur for various reasons. It's usually a major error and should be reported: here. |
Client error. Message from client: No network client ID was provided. { "originalError": 0 } | This is usually an error of connection with your wallet, typically MetaMask. It can usually be fixed through troubleshooting solutions (please see below this table). |
McFarlane whitelist issue or redemption codes (user's addresses were not included in the allow list and they were unable to mint the NFT) | Please check McFarlane's #announcements channel on Discord. You'll need to fill out a Google form to apply for the whitelist. |
Client error. Message from client: the method eth_signTypedData does not exist/is not available | This bug is related to a listing issue. It can usually be fixed through troubleshooting solutions (please see below this table). |
Trouble Shooting to try Solve your Error:
- Update your browser, or try a different browser
- Update your wallet's mobile APP (if using mobile)
- Ensure you're using your wallet provider's extension of browser on your PC (if using PC or Mac)
- Clear your cache and cookies (before interacting with the marketplace again)
- Disconnect, then reconnect your wallet to the marketplace (if there are issues loading data)
- Switch between the 'Mainnet' & any 'Test-Net' or 'Side-Chain'
- Adjust your VPN (if enabled)
- Enable third-party cookies (if disabled)
- Disable any ad blockers (they may prevent data transfer)
- Work from your PC or Mac, as we do not fully support mobile devices at this time
- Adjust your advanced security settings (they may prevent your browser from running the necessary jobs required to use the marketplace)
- Disable "Auto-Translate"
