How do I report an NFT, user, or collection?

  • Updated

We want to make sure that users are as safe as possible from scams and malicious content. Reporting an NFT, user, or collection on Rarible itself should only be used for the following reasons:

- copyright infringement
- scams, spams or phishing
- impersonation
- hate-speech of any kind
- general violations of our Terms of Service

Note: If you're wanting to report a general support request, DMCA, permanent removal of an NFT, user, or collection, your account has been hacked or your NFT has been stolen, don't use the report function on Rarible. Instead, report your issue to https://help.rarible.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

You can follow this article for more information: DMCA Notices on Rarible

Additionally, if you're wanting to delete an item due to a faulty upload or you have an unwanted airdrop, please use the "Hide" or "Burn" function on Rarible itself.

Follow These Steps to Report an NFT, User, or Collection:

1. Go to the NFT, user, or collection and select the "Report" function.

2. Describe in as much detail as possible the reason why you are reporting.

We aim to create a safe environment for our users, so it is imperative for you to please provide enough detail for us to understand the need to ban any NFT, user or collection.

3. Your request for the removal of the NFT, user, or collection is sent to our team to assess if it should be banned or not. If it meets banning criteria, we will ban it.
