If your profile isn't loading, fixing it is usually quite easy. This guide will show you a few ways to fix your profile not showing up:
Disconnecting and Reconnecting Your Wallet
Steps through Rarible itself:
Step 1: Click on your profile and disconnect your wallet from Rarible.
Step 2: Reconnect your wallet to Rarible through the "Connect wallet" button. Follow the usual process when connecting a wallet to Rarible. If you need more clarity about how to do this, you can look at this article: How do I create a Rarible account?
Steps through your wallet provider:
Step 1: From your wallet provider's extension, click on the "connected" field.
Step 2: Click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side of your wallet and then click on the "disconnect this account" button.
Step 3: Return to Rarible, click "Connect wallet" and follow the usual process when connecting a wallet to Rarible. See the following article if you need further explanation about how to connect your wallet to Rarible: How do I create a Rarible account?
Adjust Your Browser or Device
If your browser or device is not up-to-date, your browser might not load your profile because it's using an outdated script or an old version of Rarible.
Clearing your cache will eliminate this issue. You can clear the data that is only associated to Rarible by using the "inspecting" tool in the Developer tab of browsers.
Please note that you might need to search the web to discover how to clear the local storage of your specific device or browser.
Ensure you're using the correct wallet and extension
You may experience that one of your profiles is logged in to Rarible and not the other profile that you wish to use. This is due to you having multiple active extensions or wallets connected to Rarible. View your active browser extensions to verify this.
You can find your extensions on the top, right hand-side of your browser.
To identify which wallet is connected to Rarible, look at the wallets' "Connected" and "Active" statuses.
Disconnect from the wallet that you are currently connected to by clicking on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side of your wallet and then select the "Disconnect this account" button.
Once you have disconnected the wallet, you will now be able to return to the Rarible site and connect to your preferred wallet.
